We are so excited to have you here at KNIGHT FITNESS! Where our goal is to help you reach your fitness and wellness goals, while creating an environment that is welcoming and inviting. Our coaches are well trained to give you the best knowledge and help you take you training to the next level. We strive to educate all of our members in proper form, recovery and push you outside your comfort zone.

Our schedule offers a variety of classes to suit all your fitness needs. From conditioning, to yoga and everything in between, our classes are made for all levels from beginner to advance. We offer nutrition coaching as well to make your experience at KNIGHT FITNESS as well rounded as possible. Please feel to check out our studio during normal business hours and enjoy a class ON US.

  • SARAH KNIGHT

    OWNER / TRAINER

    I am a wife, a mom of two, a runner, cyclist , personal trainer and certified nutrition coach.

    Growing up I played various sports as well as sailed competitively through college. Through sports I learned various aspects of training and nutrition. After graduating college, I continued to seek new ways to challenge myself and began competing in fitness based competitions such as, marathons, CrossFit and cycling events. As a certified trainer and nutrition coach I have brought my passion into group fitness training, 1x1 personal training, sports training and help others achieve a lasting healthy lifestyle.

    My goal is help you reach your full potential on your health and wellness journey. I want to give you the tools to not only be successful, but build habits that will stick with you for the rest of your life.

  • STEVEN KNIGHT

    OWNER / TRAINER

    I am a husband and proud dad of two boys. I am a retired marine and current state trooper with 20+ years on the job. I enjoy many different areas of fitness such as running, cycling and mixed strength training.

    When I am not helping my wife conquer her dreams, I spend my time boating, taking quality naps and playing with my kids. I am excited to bring you all the knowledge I have to offer and help you grown on your fitness journey. I look forward to growing this incredible business with my wife and community.

  • KATHY KRUPA

    TRAINER

    Fitness fanatic, lifelong learner and motivator. Combining my love of coaching, sports and motherhood to inspire others to reach their full potential.

    I am a wife, boy mom, executive, CrossFit Coach and avid sports lover!

    Sports and fitness has always been a major part of my life. I played college basketball, coached at different levels and now help coach my son’s baseball team. Finding the balance of being a mom, wife, career executive is never easy but fitness has always been what has grounded me. I love being able to bring my worlds together and support other trying to live a healthy lifestyle while finding that middle ground.

  • MATTHEW QUIGLEY

    TRAINER

    I was born in Toms River but grew up in Maryland where I competed in soccer, swimming, and rugby. I attended the University of Maryland where I continued to play rugby and began to understand sport specific training. I became Crossfit Level I certified in 2017 and coached at a gym in MD. I have coached fundamentals classes, kid’s classes, Crossfit classes and training middle and high school sports teams.

    I moved back to New Jersey where I met Coach Sarah and have continued to train with her for the past four years. I am looking forward to interacting with all the members of Knight Fitness and I can’t wait to help everyone enjoy their time at the gym and meet their fitness goals.

  • LEE DONNELLY

    TRAINER

    I am so happy to be part of Knight Fitness! I have a passion for being active and keeping my body moving. As a wife, mother, and grandmother maintaining my fitness and ensuring I can stay active is critical to me. In addition to running and mixed strength workouts, I spend time walking, hiking, swimming and gardening. Of course the rest days spent reading and resting are equally important.

    I enjoy working with people to meet their goals for each workout and ultimately their day to day lifestyle. I obtained the CrossFit level 1 certification because I love breaking down and dialing in the movements and adapting when necessary to ensure everyone can meet the intended stimulus of the workout. Fitness isn’t just what you do for an hour a day, fitness is a lifelong health insurance policy. Fun fitness fact - in 2018, with the support of Sarah and Steve, I was 74th in the world in my age group (about 3600 women) in the CrossFit Open.

  • LAUREN MCLOUGHLIN

    YOGA / STRETCH INSTRUCTOR

    I found yoga 15 years ago and have been teaching for the better part of 10 years. My classes emphasize the importance of breath and movement, and I’m known for my ability to make yoga accessible to all levels of students. I am also a level 3 certified Reiki Therapist and love to incorporate energy healing into each one of my classes. My classes tend to be challenging, yet nurturing, and always leave students feeling energized and renewed.
