SweatFIT is a mix of cardio and strength training. This high intensity class, mixed with strength training will help you gain muscle, build strength and aid in creating a healthier lifestyle. We will mix conditioning equipment, dumbbells, barbells and sled work to build a full body program that’s right for you.

This class will work your abdominal muscles and lower body all in a 30 minutes. Focusing on hitting the main muscle groups of your legs, butt and upper/lower abs to help maintain and build strength.

This 30min class will work your abdominal muscles as well as hip/pelvic, spinal muscles, and much more. Building your core will help build and strength the rest of your body.

This class will combine agility, speed, strength conditioning, cardio, core, and balance through active sports-style drills and exercises. This is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning class that will challenge your endurance and athletic performance.

This class will help middle-school & high school ages kids with coordination, speed, agility and strength. This will be a 10-12 week program offered 3x’s per year, with sport specific training geared at helping your child improve on and off the field.

Focusing on coordination, fundamentals and fun. This 30min class is great for your little ones.

1 HOUR CLASS that allows you the freedom to work on anything you might want. A coach will oversee and supervise this class, a workout can/will be programmed if interested. This is a great opportunity to make up a missed workout from the week, focus on barbell movements or work on a area of weakness.

A flow of movement met with breath to help unwind and warm up the body. This class is suitable for all levels. We ask that everyone please bring your own mat.

A fun filled day starting with a group workout at 9am, followed by food, champagne, coffee bar and tons of local vendor. NO RSVP necessary. We can’t ait to celebrate with you all.

Join us for the Family Fun Ocean Gate 5K run and 1 mile walk/run.Families that run together win together. Create a family team when you register and have all your family members participating join your team. The family with the most team members will receive a special award and most importantly BRAGGING RIGHTS!
The run is a chip timed race on a flat and fast certified 5K course through beautiful Ocean Gate, NJ. A finish line video will be published online so you can see yourself finish. Race results will be available within seconds of finishing with time and pace for each participant.
All finishers will receive an awesome Finisher Pint Glass!
Awards for top Overall Female and Male and top two Female and Male in 10 year age groups.
New in 2024, a 1 mile race for children 16 and under!!
Event shirts are Unisex. Register by June 21, to be guaranteed an event shirt.
Packet Pick-up is available on Friday, July 5, 6-8pm, at Knight Fitness, 65 Bayview Ave., Bayville, NJ. Packet Pick-up on race morning will start at 7am at Adrian Hall. Race morning registration will be available online only via your mobile device.
Race day registration for the 5K will be $45 so sign up early!

16 weeks of one on one nutrition coaching. Daily check-ins, personalized nutrition methods and progress photos will help you track your progress over the 16 week course. This program is designed specifically for you and your nutrition and wellness goals. We will work with the foods you already enjoy and adjust to build strong, lasting habits. -
1X1 PERSONAL TRAINING
1x1 PERSONAL TRAINING (in house):
We know that all clients are different, we want to build a training plan that will work for you, with your schedule on your time. Sessions vary from 1-3x's per week and offer a wide range of varied functional movement, skill and fundamental development. These are one on one sessions, with state of the art equipment and 12+ years of fitness coaching experience. -
1X1 PERSONAL TRAINING (VIRTUAL)

Tight schedule? No problem! We will create and develop a plan that works for you on your time. The only thing you need is a positive mindset and willingness to trust the program. The program is 3-5x’s per week, with a mix of cardio, strength and built in rest days. -
