This 8 week menopause nutrition program will help those women battling with menopause and how it's affecting their everyday lives. We will discuss how menopause affects diet, exercise, sleep and energy as well as find balance in your nutrition and activity levels. This program will be designed for each individual participant!

Sarah was beyond helpful getting me to feel like me again. At four months postpartum I plateaued add achieving goals on my own and that’s when Sarah came in. given all her knowledge and experience in the fitness industry I knew she would get me where I wanted to be. In 16 weeks the inches dropped, the scale went down and I felt better then I ever did all while eating all the foods like ice-cream!! She always checked in, gave me small tasks to achieve to better my goal, and was always there if I had any questions. It’s not about eating chicken, broccoli and rice every day. It’s about learning that your body actually needs more food than you think to get the results you want. The best thing you can invest in is yourself, and I can’t recommend Sarah enough. Trust her and the process!

I was starting to plateau in my fitness journey and asked Sarah to build me a plan so that I could cut down on fat and build as much muscle as possible over the course of 3 months. And let me tell you, it wasn’t easy but Sarah was the extra push I needed to make sure that times I wanted to cheat or slip up, she was right there to remind me of the final goal. I highly recommend her to not only advance your knowledge but to achieve your dream body.

If you are thinking of working with Sarah don’t wait another second! Best thing I have done for myself mentally, physically and emotionally! I was the queen of fad diets thinking they would help.. Nope! My only regret is not working with Sarah sooner! She always answered every question I had, checked in on me frequently and made sure I understood everything. She has helped me create habits that will last a lifetime! I appreciate her help and work! Next step is to get into a strength training program! I look forward to that too! :)

There will never be enough words to describe how Sarah has helped me change my life and perspective on not only myself but on food.
